3. AI Data Processing & Conversation Storage

Messages sent through our API are processed by third-party models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). We store end-user conversations to provide you with conversation history, debugging capabilities, and the ability to retrieve past interactions per user. Vectors and embeddings are stored in our own or third-party infrastructure under strict security controls.

You can access your full conversation history through the dashboard or API. If you need to delete specific conversations or user data, you can do so at any time.

4. Sharing Information

We do not sell your information. We only share data with:

  • AI model providers (to process requests)
  • Payment processors (for billing)
  • Legal authorities (only if required by law)

5. Security

We use SSL/TLS encryption (provided by Let's Encrypt) for all data in transit. API keys are hashed before storage. Database data is encrypted at rest. We follow security best practices to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Export your data
  • Revoke consent at any time

7. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active:

  • Conversations: Stored indefinitely to provide conversation history and per-user access. You can delete specific conversations or all conversation data at any time.
  • API logs: Deleted after 90 days (used for billing and debugging).
  • Account data: Retained until you request deletion.

You can request complete account and data deletion at any time.

We will notify you of significant changes by email. The last updated date is indicated at the top of this document.
