Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

GROWYNK operates on a strict no-refund policy. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing credits, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Why No Refunds?

GROWYNK provides a consumable digital service. Once credits are purchased, they are immediately available for use in our API infrastructure. Similar to cloud computing providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and API services (OpenAI, Anthropic), we cannot recover compute resources consumed or reverse API calls made.

3. Credits Are Consumable

Credits represent pre-paid access to compute resources and third-party AI models. As a consumable service:

  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely until consumed
  • No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for unused balances
  • Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits

4. Start Small

We encourage users to start with small credit purchases to evaluate the platform. Our pricing starts at minimal amounts, allowing you to test the service before committing to larger purchases.

5. Technical Issues

In the rare event of a platform-wide outage or technical failure caused by GROWYNK (not third-party model providers), we may, at our sole discretion, issue credit replacements for the affected period. This is not a refund and does not constitute an obligation for future similar actions.

6. Fraud Prevention

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without first contacting our support team will result in immediate account suspension. We work with payment processors to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and reserve the right to pursue legal action for abuse.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this policy at any time. Changes do not affect purchases made before the modification. We will notify users of significant changes.
